I am into making my own breads 🍞!

For about 4 months now nothing makes me happier to know that I know exactly what is in my bread. 🙂

I had seen a post someplace, either in Google News or in YouTube that human hair from China is swept from the floors of beauty and barber shops and taken to a facility that breaks down the componets of the hairs and a chemical is extracted from those hairs...it starts with an 'L' and that chemical is used to help prolong the shelf life of your bread and other dough products here in the states. 🤢

When I read it I actually gagged and because I imagined hair in my throat! The next day since I no longer drive I placed an order for everything I needed to make a loaf of bread.

The above picture was a French loaf and individuals because I thought I had a bread pan but remembered when I looked for it that I had pitched it...! So formed the shapes and baked them on a flat pan lined with parchment paper.

Right after baking the French bread 🥖 I ordered one 9x5 and two 8x4 bread pans. 😉

This is my first post while I become familiar with blogger once again...things have changed a bit since I was here last and for the better I think 🤔.  If I run into trouble I will get help.  Etsy has alot of techy people that offer their skills to help you make a great blog so may reach out there.
